or by email to: claudinechaiffre@gmail.com, indicating their surname, first name, email address and postal address. In accordance with current regulations, the Customer's request must be signed and accompanied by proof of identity bearing their signature and specify the address to which the response should be sent, unless the request is made from their online account. A response will be sent to them within one (1) month of receipt of their request. In the case of complex requests, this period may be extended to two months.

If the request is incomplete (e.g. no ID provided), Celle qui Crée is entitled to request additional information: the deadline is then suspended and resumes once this information has been provided. When the data subject submits their request electronically, the information is provided electronically where possible, unless the data subject requests otherwise.
