All content on the website (text, images, designs, graphics) is protected by copyright and remains the exclusive property of Celle qui Crée. Any reproduction, distribution or use without prior authorisation is prohibited.

6. Personal data

In accordance with the GDPR, data collected via the contact form or when placing orders is used solely for the purpose of managing requests and is never passed on to third parties without consent. You have the right to access, rectify and delete your data by writing to claudinechaiffre@gmail.com.

 7. Delivery for custom-made XXL flower creations

  • Delivery is free within a 30 km radius of Miélan.

  • Beyond this radius, delivery charges will apply and will be specified in the quote.

  • The Customer may also collect their order directly from the workshop. In this case, the Service Provider declines all responsibility for transport and storage carried out by the Customer.

  • If the Customer refuses delivery by the Service Provider or if the address is too far away, the Service Provider may recommend a carrier. The delivery contract is then concluded directly between the Customer and the carrier.

  • Manufacturing and delivery times depend on the Customer's compliance with their commitments (signing the quote, deposit, information and approvals).

  • The Customer must check the Products upon receipt and report any reservations or anomalies in writing within 48 hours.

8. Prices for custom-made XXL Flowers creations

  •  Prices are quoted in euros.

  • VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the CGI.

  •  Any request for modification or adaptation after validation will incur an additional cost.

 

9. Use & Responsibilities for XXL Flowers custom creations

  •  The creations are decorative and fragile.

  • The Service Provider cannot be held responsible in the event of mishandling, exposure to humidity, heat or direct sunlight.​

10. Intellectual property

  •  The designs and visuals remain the property of Celle qui Crée.

  • Any reproduction or distribution without written authorisation is prohibited.

 

 11. Sales of printed canvases

  •  Canvas prints are produced by the service provider Printful, which handles printing and shipping.

  • Delivery times and conditions may vary depending on Printful. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the subcontractor.

  • All canvas orders are final and non-refundable, except in the case of obvious defects reported within 48 hours of receipt.

 

12. Sales of other creations (excluding giant flowers and canvases)

  •  Papier-mâché sculptures, vases and other unique creations already made can be ordered by email or telephone.

  • The invoice will be sent to the Customer upon receipt of payment.

  • Delivery is free within a 30 km radius of Miélan. Beyond this radius, delivery costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

  • Free collection from the workshop is possible, but the Service Provider declines all responsibility for transport carried out by the Customer.

 

13. Communication & References
 Unless otherwise specified, the Service Provider may use photos of the creations and cite the Customer's name as a reference.

 14. Applicable law & Disputes
 • These GTC are governed by French law.
 • In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing this, jurisdiction will be assigned to the courts of the registered office.
